Trench dug in a wooded area with a small excavator and corrugated pipes.

is a catch basin installation we did in Greystone. This customer had lots of surface water pooling up in a low spot next to his house, that after a heavy rain would reach his AC unit and home. We installed a 24” catch basin in this low spot and a 6” drain line feeding into a drainage area on the other side of the house to move catch the water and move it away before it could reach the home.

are pictures of a roof runoff system we did in Liberty Park. This customer’s backyard stayed soggy and could not grow grass around the corner of the house. They also were starting to have water problems at the front of the house caused by the downspout at the front corner dumping water at the foundation. We installed pvc pipes catching all three of the downspouts with cleanouts and taking it to a drainage area behind the house. We finished the job off with grass seed, fertilizer and straw to help the grass grown back.

Pump System

A gray downspout and pipe direct water away from a red house and into a dug trench.

This customer had lots of water coming off of the roof of his garage and off the back of the house. Because of the lot layout the water was trapped between the house and the garage causing water to get into the crawlspace, flood his dog run, and kept the area between the house, garage and driveway wet. To fix this we installed a french drain along the back of the house where water was sitting and collected the water from all three of the house’s back downspouts along with both downspouts from the garage. In Order to remove the water we needed to install a pump system to move the water to the street. We installed two 1hp sump pumps capable of pumping 101 gallons per minute each to keep up with heavy rains.
