is a pump system we installed in Hoover. The custom had lots of water pooling up in his driveway and next to his fence gate. We removed the existing system that did not have the proper slope to move the water and Installed a channel drain in the driveway to catch the water pooling there, upgraded the 9” catch basin to an 18” catch basin and installed a downspout drain to catch the one downspout on the corner of the house. We then installed a 1hp sump pump to pump the water out and away from the house. (This drain was designed to keep up with normal storms but has proven itself even in a hurricane and heavy rain events.
Channel Drain 1 and 2

This customer’s patio was holding lots of water after it rained, making the space unusable for a while after a rain. We cut and removed the concrete and added a channel drain across the patio and tied it into her existing drainage system to remove the water on the patio and keep it a usable space.

This customer had water getting into the garage every time it rained and it was also causing damage to the walls of the house. We installed two channel drains along with a french drain under the concrete where water was standing under the driveway and a downspout drain to remove the water away from the home and protect it from further damage. (if needed I have additional pictures of the project while it was under construction, let me know and they can be added as well).

This customer had water getting into their garage and needed a way to keep the water out. They also had water sitting on the side of the house from the downspouts. The house had a channel drain installed when it was built but it needed some attention. The bottom of the drain was incorrectly sloped so we resloped the bottom of the concrete drain and built a custom metal grate to fit perfectly over the top. We then tied the channel drain to a main line picking up both downspouts as well and discharged the water safely away from the home.
